Tiramisu cake

A delicious and easy tiramisu cake


INGREDIENTS


1 tub of Mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
Cola-Cao
1 package dry biscuits
White sugar or brown
Coffee
Softliquor (to taste)


PREPARATION


For the cream:
Separate the egg yolks from whites
The yolks are mixed with two-and three tablespoons of sugar
Clear to beat snow
In a bowl mix by order: the egg yolks with the sugar, then the tub of mascarpone cheese and finally to point clear of snow.


Preparation of tiramisu:
In a container (25x20cm approx.) put a thin layer of cream on the mold.
Then a layer of sponge cakes soaked in coffee and liqueur. Not that they soak because they are too soft.
Another layer of cream. Sprinkle Cola-Cao (with a fine mesh sieve).
A new layer of wet sponge. For the used Bowl fails to spend 3/4 parts of the package of biscuits.
Finally all the rest of the cream and sprinkle again with Cola-Cao


Let sit for 24 hours in refrigerator.
To serve you sprinkle again with Cola-Cao so that its presence is dry.
