Tiramisu cake

A delicious and easy tiramisu cake


INGREDIENTS


1 tub of Mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
Cola-Cao
1 package dry biscuits
White sugar or brown
Coffee
Softliquor (to taste)


PREPARATION


For the cream:
Separate the egg yolks from whites
The yolks are mixed with two-and three tablespoons of sugar

In a bowl mix by order: the egg yolks with the sugar, then the tub of mascarpone cheese and finally to point clear of snow.


Preparation of tiramisu:

2 egg whites

PREPARATION

Orange sorbet

Delicious orange sorbet.


INGREDIENTS


2 half cups of water
1 cup sugar
Rind of 2 oranges


Orange strips
1 cup and a half of natural orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
(Optional) orange zest
Sprigs of mint (optional)


PREPARATION


Combine 2 cups and average water with the sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add strips of bark. Reduce heat and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.


Strain the mixture of sugar through a sieve over a bowl, reserve the liquid, discarding the solids. Cool the mixture of sugar altogether.


Add the orange juice and juice of lemon to the mixture of the sugar and stir well.


Pour the mixture in the freezer until firm.


Decorate the sorbet with orange zest and sprigs of Mint to serve.
