Mango sorbet

Delicious mango sorbet.
INGREDIENTS (serves 6)
4 handles
1 cup of water with sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
PREPARATIONS
Peel the mangoes, remove the bone and cut into squares.
Place the mango in a crusher of food into puree. Pour the water with sugar, lemon juice and puree until it all with a very smooth texture.
Place the mixture in a large tub for ice cream.
Frozen Fund and ready!
Trick:
For water with sugar mixed 50% water and sugar.
