Exotic fruit cheesecake

A rich cake of exotic fruits.
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
100 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
65 g corn flour
65 g butter
Grease for mould
Filling:
6 slices of white gelatine , remojadas
1 can of coconut milk
250 ml liquid cream
4 slices of pineapple
3 Mandarin
2 kiwis
2 bananas
Average packet of glaze
125 ml of pineapple juice
1 tablespoon sugar
PREPARATION
Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
Separate the egg yolks and whites and mix the egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of water.
In a separate bowl, Mount clear of snow.
Make a mass mixing all ingredients and pour in greased pan.
Bake 15 minutes and then leave to cool.
Drain the gelatine and mix with the coconut milk.
Mount either hard cream and add to the mix.
Extend the resulting cream on the basis of the cake.
Finally, drain the pineapple Peel mandarins and split into wedges. Peel the Kiwi and the bananas and cut into sliced.
Spread the fruit on the cake.
Following the instructions on the packaging, prepare the glaze with pineapple juice and sugar.
Pour over the fruit and refrigerate cake for that set.
